Our missions
An association allows by definition the creation of links between individuals sharing one or more common interest(s). Based on this and according to the association's statutes, ISU-France has two main missions:
1- Promote actions by and for the ISU Alumni
a. Organise regular activities in order to:
- Contribute to the creation of friendly and professional relations between the alumni of different ISU classes
- Facilitate interactions between the members of the ISU community and the French and European space sector
b. Represent the alumni with the French authorities when applicable
c. Support the alumni in the search for internships or employment
d. Cooperate with other ISU alumni association worldwide
2- Promote ISU and the space sector
a. Promote the International Space University (ISU) and its "international, intercultural and interdisciplinary" vision within and without the French space community, with the objectives of:
- Sensitizing the sector to training opportunities proposed by ISU
- Giving a hand to ISU in the selection of promising graduates
- In time, supporting promising applicants in obtaining scholarships
b. Promote the French and European space community in and outside ISU
